Expertise France, Paris has been awarded by the EU the continuation of the Mendami 1 project in Libya.
The Mendami 1 project was focused on development of some aspects of the blood system in Libya.
IQM Consulting has been selected to support the second Mendami project which will focus on the development of Quality Management in the blood system. The project starts July 1, 2023 and will last 30 months till December 31, 2025.
The overall objective is to make the Libyan Blood Transfusion System resilient and able to withstand sudden changes at local and national level through the incorporation of a quality management system according to WHO standards.
